Good idea! I have some aluminium flashing. I will try and anneal it. Perhaps it too can be softened :-) Will post my results.

It's very encouraging to hear the positive reviews on these stainless steel knives. (correct me if I am wrong, but it seems that all responses so far have recommended models which are equipped with stainless.) Hi! I have come up with a technique/solution that I have been wanting to share! I'm planning on developing it further, but no point holding back the beta version. Okay, so what you do is go get some beer, or soft drink cans. And cut the top and bottom off. Now at this point many of you are thinking....
